At MWAMA, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exceptions:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at yejilily91@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will review your case and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
  • If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 2 days, and we will correct the mistake.
