Shipping Policy

We ship every 5 days, All items will arrive WITHIN a month of placing your order. We ship items out as dangerous goods packages as perfume is highly flammable and contains alcohol

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchasing  (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. You will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 20 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 14  business days

    • International Shipping: 28 business days

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to multiple countries if your location is not listed, please contact us for assistance.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance processes.

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product.
